CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows: Deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation over 90 days prior to the
show, we will allow you to retain a credit with High Energy Djs to transfer to
booking another show within one year. If
a show is cancelled between 21 and 90 days prior to scheduled date, then the
deposit is forfeited with no credit. Any
show cancelled less than 21 days prior to the show, the client will be
responsible for full payment.
TRAVEL POLICY: If the venue is located more than 45 minutes from our storage facility in Sun Prairie, there will be a $75 fee added for every half hour past the 45 minute mark. This money goes directly to the DJs to compensate them for travel time to and from the venue as well as vehicle expense.
